Hellllo! I’m so glad you’re here.
I’ve spent decades exploring yoga, personal transformation, breathwork and bold life reinvention, first to navigate big shifts in my own life, and then to help others do the same in theirs.
I’m a certified yoga teacher, certified life and leadership coach, former Deputy Mayor, university course creator and faculty member, and multi-time entrepreneur. I’ve helped hundreds of people get unstuck, clarify what matters, and build lives that light them up, with or without a mat.
But a few years ago, I knew I needed something more. I wanted to feel stronger, more energized and more connected in every area of life, not just in my mind, but in my body, breath and spirit too.
That spark led me to create The Ecstatic Motion Method™, a pioneering new approach that fuses breath, movement, mindfulness and coaching into one potent, joy-fueled reset. It’s the heart of everything I now teach, and it’s designed to help you shift not just how you think, but how you move through the world.
This isn’t just yoga (though I teach regular classes, too grounded in breath, mindfulness and movement that feels good in your body). It’s an invitation to rise. To reset. To radiate.
