Reimagine Monday hereby reserves the right to cancel or cease offering any of the aforementioned Services and/or products. Users acknowledge, accept and agree that Reimagine Monday shall not be held liable for any such updates, modifications, revisions, suspensions, or discontinuance of any of our Services and/or products.
 

Actions, Decisions and Results Disclaimer
Reimagine Monday cannot and does not make any guarantees about your ability to get results with our ideas, information, tools, products, services or strategies. Nothing on this page, any of our websites, social media, products, services or any other platforms of our content or curriculum is a promise or guarantee of results. You are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by your acknowledge of this content here you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for your decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance.
 

Refunds
Refunds are NOT available for any of our products or services.

Release
In the event you have a dispute, you agree to release Trie Angeleva/Maria Katrien Heslin and Reimagine Monday from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected to such dispute.

Third Party Beneficiaries
Users herein acknowledge, understand and agree, unless otherwise expressly provided in this Terms, there shall be no third-party beneficiaries to this agreement.
 

Intellectual Property
You agree Reimagine Monday, including but not limited to our products, services, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, education content, templates and the scripts and software used to deliver Reimagine Monday, contains proprietary information and material owned by Trie Angeleva/Maria Katrien Heslin and protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright.
 

You agree you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of Reimagine Monday in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of Reimagine Monday may be reproduced in any form or by any means, without expressed written permission from Trie Angeleva/Maria Katrien Heslin.

 

You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on Reimagine Monday in any manner, and you shall not exploit Reimagine Monday brand in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Trie Angeleva/Maria Katrien Angeleva Heslin, Reimagine Monday and its licensors reserve the right to change, suspend, remove or disable access to any of Reimagine Monday products, services, content or other materials that are a part of Reimagine Monday brand at any time without notice. In no event will Trie Angeleva/Maria Katrien Angeleva Heslin or Reimagine Monday be liable for making these changes. Reimagine Monday also may impose limits on the use of or access to certain features or portions of Reimagine Monday services, in any case, and without notice or liability.

All copyrights of Reimagine Monday (including the compilation of content, postings, links to other Internet resources and descriptions of those resources) are owned by Maria Katrien Angeleva Heslin, who reserves all rights in law and equity.
